An internship is a period of work experience offered by an organization for a limited period of time . Sometimes one may get paid or sometimes not. But it’s not always payment that matters. Sometimes its about the experience we get from what we work on and how we are made to handle things.
Well, I am a 4th year Civil Engineering student from a reputed college in Noida. After my 3rd year was over, we had to go for our summer internships. And I was lucky enough to grab an opportunity to intern with “Make Me Builder“. This company deals with services like constructions, renovations and property related services. I was lucky enough to get a chance to intern with Marketing and Construction Handling team.
I would like to tell you a bit about my company. Recently my company has announced the launch of its online platform offering over 250 services executed by carefully chosen partners under professional supervision. The consumers owning land and spaces can create, renovate, purchase, sell and rent with ease. Partners include consultants, suppliers and contractors of large variety, all of whom can apply for registration on the website.

The team members of my company comprises of combination of experienced mentors and youth in field of architecture, interior design, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, law and property. In addition in-house expertise in web development and digital marketing has made this venture possible.

Interning with the company was a whole new experience for me. I got to know how to deal with clients, how to manage their requirements and how to get work completed. This internship of 45 days taught me a lot which I can carry forward to my job.
