Regeneration is your key to Happiness

The lockdown due to Covid-19 has put everyone in their homes. All this time. you managed your home, your chores, your (perhaps shrinking) finances, your relationships (long-distance and proximal), your job (work from home or staggered shifts), but did you give any importance to self-management?

What is Regeneration?

Regeneration is the process of “being reformed, regrown, or created again.” Your body’s singular purpose is regeneration. It constantly tries to heal and renew from injuries and illnesses. Whether you have a coldflu, cancer, or a slipped disc, your immune system fights to keep you healthy. The moment a foreign agent (antigen) enters your body, your brain signals it to spike a fever that pushes your immune system to start producing antibodies to fight the infection and make you healthy again.

A fever or mental and emotional exhaustion is your body’s cry for attention and a clear signal to pause and allow yourself to recover.
