While the Bollywood Industry was still recovering from this, Sushant Singh Rajput committing suicide has taken the industry by shock! Not only the B-Town but the country is in shock and demise with the loss of one of it’s beloved, charming, energetic, and inspiring actors.
Celebs share shock and grief:
The B-Town has poured their hearts out on twitter sharing the mixed reaction of shock and sadness over the death of Shushant Singh Rajput.
Similarly, politicians like PM Modi and Amit Shah have shared their grief as the country looses one of its bright and young actor.
Statement by Police Officials:
Sushant was 34 years old. He was much loved for his performances on the small screen as well as in movies. According to ANI, Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his Bandra residence by hanging himself on Sunday. It was confirmed by the Additional Commissioner of Police Dr. Manoj Sharma. “Sushant Singh Rajput has committed suicide, Mumbai Police is investigating. Police have not found any note yet,” said DCP Pranay Ashok, spokesperson Mumbai Police.

However, Sushant might have died apparently because of hanging but police can tell the exact cause of his death only after receiving the post mortem report. His body was brought to Dr. RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital from his residence. “So far, we have not found any suspicious object,” says Abhishek Trimukhe, DCP Zone 9, Mumbai.
Condition at home town (Patna):
Meanwhile, a huge crowd has gathered outside his Patna residence. It is being said that condition of the actor’s father Krishna Kumar Singh has deteriorated because of shock and, he is not in a position to speak.
Lakshmi Devi, the caretaker of Sushant Singh’s Patna residence said that the actor had called his father a few days ago and said that he will come to Patna and will take him for a walk on the hill somewhere. “But he did not come, instead the news of his death came,” IANS quoted her as saying.
However, the loss of Sushant Singh Rajput will always haunt the B-town. May lord provide strength to his family, fans, and, closed ones to deal with their loss. Above all, may his soul rest in peace.
